We will include the return postage fees with your store credit.
Instead of sending you 100$ store credit, we will send you $105; $5 is the postage fee you paid to return your order.

Done, but all you need now is add your parcel tracking number or send us the postage receipt via chat.
This is an important step; it will help us know that your parcel arrived.
You will be able to track it and even get an email notification when it's delivered.

Why do I have to upload the tracking?
We use other third-party warehouses that accept your returns and store them for us, so basically, those companies will scan your parcel tracking number and upload it to our system to match it with our records.
Your parcel will be recognized when we know your parcel tracking.
What if I don't have a tracking number or I didn't upload the tracking ?
In this case, just let us know or send us postage receipt to create a record for you.
Please remember to keep the postage receipt as proof of your return goes missing on its way back to us.

How do I ship back the items?
-All returns must be sent to us within 14 days of the issue date. The Korean Fashion reserves the right to refuse returns that are not received within a reasonable time frame.
-Returned items must be in their original packaging (the clothes bags only). Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
-The Korean Fashion is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
-Original shipping costs are none-refundable
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or returns.
- I changed my mind - You can cancel an order within 24 hours of the time you placed it. ( If more than 24 hours pass then contact us)
- This is not what I ordered - If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or color you ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you are eligible for a refund. We may request some evidence of the issue - typically just a photo or two.
