If you return an item within the item’s return policy period ( 14 days), you will receive a refund to the original form of payment.

In cases of defective return, The Korean Fashion will provide a replacement item instead of a refund.
  • Unopened items returned in the original condition as shipped.

-Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

-Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines


You can ship the items as is, meaning we don't require any additional papers

Please keep the item in their original plastic bags and provide us with a tracking number so your parcel can be recognized.

Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of unwanted or unopened returns.

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Accessories 

Is there any hidden fees like re-stocking fees?

No there is no re-stocking fees, the full amount you originally paid will be refunded excluding the original shipping costs which is $6.99 ( if any )

Can the items be exchanged?

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

-All returns must be sent to us within 14 days of the issue date. The Korean Fashion reserves the right to refuse returns that are not received within a reasonable time frame.


-Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. 

-The Korean Fashion is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. 

-Original shipping costs are none-refundable

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase. But things may not always go as planned. If things don't go as planned, contact us and we will try to make things right for you.
  • Place your request for a refund within 14 days of the date of delivery. If, for some reason, an item does not arrive, place your refund request within 30 days of the most recent estimated date of delivery. We have no obligation to consider requests placed outside of these timeframes.
  • I changed my mind - You can cancel an order within 24 hours of the time you placed it.


  • This is not what I ordered - If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or color you ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you are eligible for a refund. We may request some evidence of the issue - typically just a photo or two.


  • It never arrived - If you don't receive an item you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.


  • Defective or damaged - we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. 
  • Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
