ORDERS

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, please visit the confirmation page and click " Cancel my order" , login to your account and click cancel.

A refund will be automatically issued.

If your order has been shipped out, it can no longer be canceled.

After placing an order, you can change your shipping address by contacting us within the first 1-3 days. Our Customer Support team can update an address for you up until the item ships. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need your address changed.

Send us your order number and new shipping address.

Once your order has shipped, you won't be able to change the address. We recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking numbers to see if they can reroute your order to your new address.

Your refund will be automatically applied back to your account.

If you received the refund to your original payment method, please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. In some cases, especially with credit cards, your original charge may drop from your statement and you won't see a refund in your account.

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa debit/credit card payments as well as PayPal.

RETURN & REFUND

Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase. But things may not always go as planned. If things don't go as planned, contact us and we will try to make things right for you.

Place your request for a return or a refund within 14 days of the date of delivery. If, for some reason, an item does not arrive, place your refund request within 30 days of the most recent estimated date of delivery.

We have no obligation to consider requests placed outside of these timeframes.

- I changed my mind - You can cancel an order within 1-3 days ( during processing time) of the time you placed it .

-This is not what I ordered - If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or color you ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you are eligible for a refund. We may request some evidence of the issue - typically just a photo or two - and you may be required to return the item.

-It never arrived - If you don't receive an item you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.

If you choose the wrong size, unfortunately we cannot offer a free exchange, but we can help offer a low cost alternative if you bring up the issue to us.

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-7 business days.
