- Shoes are stored and transported in a sealed environment. The product may have a residual leather processing odor, which can be removed by placing it in a cool and ventilated area.
- This product uses plant dyeing and not chemical dyeing processes. The dark interior may have slight fading, which is considered normal. (Wearing dark socks is recommended to avoid staining.)
- Do not wash the shoes. Any shrinking, deformation, or dye migration caused by washing will not be eligible for exchange or return.
