If you return an item within the return policy period ( 14 days after the parcel is delivered ), you will receive a refund for the original form of payment.

Due to the PayPal refund limitation policy, orders paid by PayPal will be refunded in the form of store credit. Please consider using a credit card payment method.

Customers in ドイツ can use PayPal and get a refund for the returns.

Before submitting a return request, please read those notes:

1-Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received. If an item arrives and it's defective, damaged, or incorrect, it is eligible for a refund and may or may not need to be returned. (お問い合わせください us)

2- Jewelry can't be returned for a refund. It can only be exchanged for free, like Ring sizes. If you choose to exchange jewelry, we don't require you to return them.

How do I return?

1-Enter your order number and your email address.

2-Choose the items you want to return. Please make sure they are correct.

You have three options:

1- Refund.

2- Store Credit (Gift card).

3- Exchange.
