Soak the down jacket for about 10 minutes, then start washing. Rinse with warm water. Do not machine wash down jackets. It is recommended to hand wash or use professional dry cleaning.
- During cleaning, avoid excessive scrubbing or twisting. Do not use a brush on the fabric surface; instead, gently brush along the fabric's texture or use a soft-bristled brush on stained areas. If stains penetrate the filling, separate and wash carefully by hand.
- Avoid sun exposure: To prevent aging, air the washed down jacket in a well-ventilated area. If clumping occurs, gently pat and fluff after drying to restore its shape.
- Protection from moisture and insects: Store down jackets in a ventilated area during summer, preferably in a breathable bag. Keep in a well-ventilated place; on rainy days, prevent dampness.
