If you return an item within the return policy period ( 14 days after the parcel is delivered ), you will receive a refund to the original form of payment.
Due to PayPal refund limitation policy , orders paid by PayPal will be refunded in the form of store credit, please consider using credit cards payment method.

Please read those notes before submitting a return request:
1-Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received. If an item arrives and it's defective, damaged, or incorrect, it is eligible for a refund and may or may not need to be returned. (Please contact us)
2- Jewelry can't be returned for a refund , it can only be exchanged like Ring sizes. , contact us to arrange an exchange.
How do I return?

2-Choose the items you want to return. Please make sure they are correct.
Return label is only available for customers in the US at the moment.
For returns outside USA, please send us the tracking number or postage receipt to get your refund faster.
Return label cost will be deducted from the refund amount if you choose refund to your original payment method, return label will be around $10 in general but it all depends on the weight and how many items.
If you choose exchange or store credit then the return label will be for free
-Store Credit: can be used for buying other items.
Please remember to keep the postage receipt as proof of your return goes missing on its way back to us.
Prepare the items. Please keep them inside their original bag.
Write down your order number on any paper.
Insert the paper inside any item bag ( Just one paper )
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Please don't dispute the charge with your bank if you haven't received a refund. Most likely, you didn't contact us, or you haven't done the steps above.
If you've done all of the steps above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] or use the chat widget.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Within 14 days from the date of delivery
- In unused condition
- Unworn, unwashed,and unstained.
- In the original packaging ( plastic bags only)
We encourage you to keep using the same email address you used before when placing a new order to help establish a history with us.
Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of unwanted or unopened returns.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Jewelry ( Can be exchanged, contact us )
Are there any hidden fees like re-stocking fees?
No there is no re-stocking fees, the full amount you originally paid will be refunded excluding the original shipping costs which are $6.99 ( if any )

What are the refund options?

- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
-All returns must be sent to us within 14 days of the issue date. The Korean Fashion reserves the right to refuse returns that are not received within a reasonable time frame.
-Returned items must be in their original packaging (the clothes bags only). Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
-The Korean Fashion is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
-Original shipping costs are none-refundable
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or returns.
- I changed my mind - You can cancel an order within 24 hours of the time you placed it. ( If more than 24 hours pass then contact us)
- This is not what I ordered - If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or color you ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you are eligible for a refund. We may request some evidence of the issue - typically just a photo or two.
- It never arrived - If you don't receive an item you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.
- Defective or damaged - we will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards and Accessories.
