Free Returns & Exchange for US customers
If you return an item within the return policy period ( 14 days after the parcel is delivered ), you will receive a refund for the original form of payment.
Due to the PayPal refund limitation policy, orders paid by PayPal will be refunded in the form of store credit. Please consider using a credit card payment method.
Customers in Γερμανία can use PayPal and get a refund for the returns.
If you cannot use the credit card payment method, then contact us.

-Return is available in the USA (New York) , Europe (UK & Germany), and Australia.
-Customers in Europe can send return to Germany
-Free exchange (or store credit) for USA, UK, Germany and Australia.
-You will receive the return address by email once you submit your return request.
-A refund excluding the original shipping costs, which are $6.99 ( if any )
Please read those notes before submitting a return request:
1-Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received. Εγώf an item arrives and it's defective, damaged, or incorrect, it is eligible for a refund and may or may not need to be returned. (Παρακαλώ επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας)
2- Jewelry can't be returned for a refund. It can only be exchanged for free, like Ring sizes. If you choose to exchange jewelry, we don't require you to return them.
How do I return?

1-Enter your order number and your email address.
2-Choose the items you want to return. Please make sure they are correct.
You have 3 options:
1- Refund.
2- Store Credit (Gift card).
3- Exchange.
A return label is free and available only for customers in the US at the moment. (You must use the shipping label we provide)
For returns outside USA, please send us the tracking number or postage receipt to get your refund faster.
Please remember to keep the postage receipt as proof of your return goes missing on its way back to us.
Prepare the items. Please keep them inside their original bag.

Insert the paper inside any item bag ( Just one paper )
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Please don't dispute the charge with your bank if you haven't received a refund. Most likely, you didn't contact us, or you haven't done the steps above.
If you've done all of the steps above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us atkim@thekoreanfashion.com or use the chat widget.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Once the parcel is received ( within 7-10 days) , or you can follow up with us as well.
What items are returnable?
- Within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- In unused condition
- Unworn, unwashed,and unstained.
- In the original packaging ( plastic bags only)
We encourage you to keep using the same email address you used before when placing a new order to help establish a history with us.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:

- Jewelry ( can be exchanged for free )
Are there any hidden fees like re-stocking fees?
No there is no re-stocking fees, the full amountyou originally paidwill be refunded excluding the original shipping costs which are $6.99 ( if any )
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:

Πώς μπορώ να επιστρέψω τα αντικείμενα;
-ALL επιστροφές πρέπει να μας σταλούν εντός 14 ημερών από την ημερομηνία έκδοσης. Η κορεατική μόδα διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αρνηθεί τις επιστροφές που δεν λαμβάνονται μέσα σε λογικό χρονικό διάστημα.
-Τα αντικείμενα που έχουν αυξηθεί πρέπει να βρίσκονται στην αρχική τους συσκευασία (μόνο οι πλαστικές σακούλες). Οι ελλιπείς αποδόσεις μπορούν να απορριφθούν ή να αγνοηθούν.
-Η κορεατική μόδα δεν είναι υπεύθυνη για τα στοιχεία που χάθηκαν κατά τη διάρκεια της αποστολής επιστροφής.
-Τα έξοδα αποστολής δεν είναι επιστρεφόμενες

Η πολιτική μας διαρκεί 14 ημέρες. Εάν έχουν περάσει 14 ημέρες από την αγορά σας, δυστυχώς, δεν μπορούμε να σας προσφέρουμε επιστροφή χρημάτων ή επιστροφές.
